Delete it yourself
- Sign in.
- Go to Account (or use the button on this page).
- Choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.
- You're signed out and the account is removed.

Anyone can request deletion by emailing will@thepumpsoftwarecompany.com from the email address on their account. We confirm and process the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- Your profile (name, phone)
- Your bookings
- Vehicle listing photos and trip inspection photos
What may be kept
Records we are required to keep by law (for example payment, tax or dispute records) and backups may be kept for up to 90 days unless the law requires longer, then deleted.
